Mathematics PhD Student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison

I am a mathematics PhD student and NSF graduate research fellow at the University of Wisconsin — Madison. I work with Chris Rycroft on simulating large, nonlinear deformations of thin sheets. More broadly, I am interested in mathematical modeling of natural phenomena and numerical solution methods for such systems, like finite-element methods. I also study tools in high-performance computing.

Outside of math, I enjoy practicing ballet, knitting, hiking, and spending time with my fiancé and our two cats, Luna and Martini.
