Mathematics PhD Student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison

I am a PhD student and NSF Graduate Research Fellow studying mathematics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I was formerly a ballet dancer, and I appreciate the artistic and creative elements of mathematics.
I enjoy studying and implementing advanced mathematical and computational methods for solving partial differential equations. I work with Chris Rycroft on simulating the crumpling of thin sheets, a proxy for mechanical systems experiencing damage accumulation.
